FUGITIVE ARRESTED FROM SOUTH CAROLINA
On June 19th at 8:15 p.m. Lamont Frantrez Elmore, age 23 of Mt. Carmel, South Carolina, was arrested without incident at 1908 Cleburne Street. Elmore had outstanding warrants for assault and attempted murder issued by the McCormick County Sheriff's Office in McCormick, South Carolina. The warrants were a result of a shooting incident having occurred on June 17th on Talbert Road in McCormick, South Carolina. The arrest of Elmore was the result of a joint investigation by the McCormick County Sheriff’s Office, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, the United States Secret Service, City of Brunswick Georgia Police Department and the Criminal Investigations Division of the Glynn County Police Department.
