Glynn Co I At approximately 2:30am Tuesday July 31, 2018, a fatality crash took place on I-95 near exit 36 going southbound between a semi truck and a van. Details are still coming together as the investigation continues. As of now, the van that was involved with the semi truck crash transported a family traveling from Virginia resulted in the deaths of two, one of them a child. Two victims of the crash were sent to Shands Medical Center and two were sent to Southeast Georgia Health System. The deceased have not been named pending notification of kin.
Again, Georgia State Patrol is investigating the crash. Additional information will be available as the story develops.
