22 Minutes Of Exercise A Day Could Reduce Health Risks From Sitting

People in developed countries sit for an average of 9-10 hours per day in front of a computer, in traffic, watching TV, and more.

Prolonged sitting and overall sedentary lifestyles can be linked to a number of health issues like obesity, heart disease, and cancers.

A new study shows that for people over 50, just 22 minutes of exercise a day can lower the risk of premature death from a sedentary lifestyle.
