PSA: Glynn County Board of Commissioners Name Interim County Manager
(Glynn County, GA)- On Thursday, November 4, the Glynn County Board of Commissioners approved an agreement to employ Mike Stewart as interim County Manager of Glynn County, beginning December 1. Mr. Stewart brings extensive experience in government management and operations to Glynn County and is expected to serve in an interim capacity for three to six months while the Board of Commissioners continues its search for a permanent County Manager. Chairman Neal of the Glynn County Board of Commissioners emphasizes, “We are excited to be bringing Mike Stewart on board as interim manager. He brings with him immense experience in county management. We look forward to having him help us get our vacant positions filled as well as helping us focus on future plans of making Glynn County the absolute best place to live,work,and do business.” The search for a permanent county manager is ongoing.
